Thank you for your consideration in sponsoring Agile Austin’s 11th anniversary Keep Austin Agile (KAA) conference! Combining speakers who are thought leaders in their fields with a blended hybrid presentation - both in-person and virtual - Agile Austin is looking for a limited number of Sponsors to help support our 2024 KAA with the theme set as Agile Growth Mindset!

This will be a hybrid conference, with both an in-person and remote/virtual option. There will be a keynote speaker, 3 breakout rooms, breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided.

Marketing Plan:

Marketing for the KAA 2024 conference are anticipated to be handled on multiple fronts, such as:

6 Newsletters
2 Dedicated eBlasts
Slide in Monthly Special Interest Groups (SIGS) Meetups (6 meetups with over 6900 members in Meetups)
Slide in any Agile Austin Monthly Featured Speaker Series

Additional social marketing will be done for the event, such as:

Posts on Agile Austin’s LinkedIn page, plus any other Agile Austin social media channels
At least one Facebook ad targeted to various agile interests across the United States

There are four levels of sponsorship available for the 2024 KAA conference. To ensure greater visibility and impact for your sponsorship investment, there will be a limited number of sponsors for this event. The following is a description of the benefits associated with each level of sponsorship.
