Agile Austin events feature the most preeminent lineup of agile leaders, innovators and experts from a cross-section of industries. This one-day event draws hundreds of Austin-area (and beyond) professionals, both in-person and virtually, who want to learn cool stuff. We strongly encourage interested speakers to familiarize yourself with the requirements and to submit proposals in advance of the deadline to avoid any technical issues. Proposals must be finalized and submitted before 11:59 PM CST October 31, 2023.

The Keep Austin Agile 2024 Conference is seeking dynamic presenters who are passionate about Agile methodologies and the Growth Mindset philosophy. We are looking for thought leaders, practitioners, and experts who can share their insights, experiences, and innovative approaches to fostering a growth mindset within Agile teams and organizations.

Diversity in perspectives and backgrounds is highly valued, as it enriches the learning experience for our attendees. If you have a compelling story, practical strategies, or valuable insights to share, we invite you to apply to join us as a presenter at this transformative event.
speaker criteria
Ideal presenters at KAA2024 will have a deep understanding of both Agile principles and the concept of a growth mindset, and they should be able to demonstrate how these two philosophies intersect and create value in real-world scenarios. We encourage presenters who can engage the audience through interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, inspiring attendees to take concrete actions toward embracing Agile Growth Mindset.

Speakers must:

Provide a high-quality, 45-minute, educational presentation.

Engage attendees through audience participation and discussion.

Coordinate with Agile Austin and venue staff regarding any special equipment needs.

Provide a high-quality headshot/picture, topic summary, top three takeaways and biography for marketing purposes.

Ensure their presentations do not contain commercial interests or sales pitches

Promote your participation in the event on your social media sites.

Provide own printed pieces and/or promotional collateral
