Agile Austin events feature the preeminent lineup of agile leaders, innovators and experts from a cross-section of industries. This one-day event draws hundreds of Austin-area (and beyond) professionals, both in-person and virtually, who want to learn cool stuff. We strongly encourage interested speakers to familiarize themselves with the requirements and to submit proposals in advance of the deadline to avoid any technical issues. Submitting in advance allows for us to do a completion check and ensure your submission is considered because everything needed was included. Proposals must be finalized and submitted before 11:59 PM CST Friday, December 5, 2025.
Who We're Looking For.
The Keep Austin Agile 2026 Conference is seeking dynamic presenters who are passionate about Agile methodologies and the idea of Value at the Speed of Light. We are looking for thought leaders, practitioners, and experts who can share their insights, experiences, and innovative approaches to evolving within Agile teams and organizations focusing on adaptability and our customers.
Diversity in perspectives and backgrounds is highly valued, as it enriches the learning experience for our attendees. If you have a compelling story, practical strategies, or valuable insights to share, we invite you to apply to join us as a presenter at this transformative event.
Speaker Criteria
Ideal presenters at KAA2026 will have a deep understanding of both Agile principles and the concept of adaptability, and they should be able to demonstrate how these two philosophies intersect and create value in real-world scenarios. We encourage presenters who can engage the audience through interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, inspiring attendees to take concrete actions toward embracing Evolving with Agility.

Speakers must:

Provide a high-quality, 1-hour educational presentation inclusive of any Q&A time. Consider using as much as 15 minutes for Q&A.

Engage attendees through audience participation and discussion.

Coordinate with Agile Austin and venue staff regarding any special equipment needs.

Provide a high-quality headshot/picture, topic summary, top three takeaways and biography for marketing purposes.

Ensure their presentations do not contain commercial interests or sales pitches.

Promote your participation in the event on your social media sites.

Provide own printed pieces and/or promotional collateral.

If you have not presented at a past KAA or an Agile Austin Monthly Meeting, include a link to a presentation sample. This can be a recorded presentation for another event that is available or a brief video recording of yourself giving us a sample of your capabilities that you have uploaded to a site such as YouTube.

Plan to attend our invitation-only happy hour the night before the conference to celebrate and network.
Agile Austin's Responsibilities
Promote the KAA 2026 conference, speakers, and subject matter through a variety of Agile Austin communication vehicles.
