These Terms and Conditions govern the bulk ticket sales offer for Agile Austin's conference, "Keep Austin Agile: Agile Growth Mindset" to be held on March 7, 2024. By purchasing tickets in bulk, attendees agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Bulk Ticket Purchase Offer
2.1. Eligibility: This offer is available to individuals or organizations purchasing a minimum of 6 tickets for the Keep Austin Agile conference in a single transaction.

2.2. Discounts: When purchasing 5 or more tickets in one transaction, the following discounts will be applied:

Buy 5-9 tickets, get 1 ticket for free.
Buy 10-14 tickets, get 2 tickets for free.
Buy 15-19 tickets, get 3 tickets for free.
Buy 20-24 tickets, get 4 tickets for free.
And so on.
2.3. Ticket Bundles: The free tickets earned through this offer will be bundled together with the purchased tickets and must be used for the same event.
Purchase & Payment
3.1. Payment: Payment for all tickets, including any applicable fees, must be made in a single transaction at the time of purchase through Agile Austin’s ticket sales page: https://www.agileaustin.org/event-details/kaa2024

3.2. Refund of Free Tickets: The price of the free tickets will be refunded to the purchaser on March 8, 2024, following the conclusion of the Keep Austin Agile conference. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Validity
4.1. This bulk ticket sales offer is valid only for the Keep Austin Agile conference scheduled for March 7, 2024.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1. Cancellation of Paid Tickets: Paid tickets purchased as part of this offer are subject to Agile Austin's standard cancellation and refund policy.

5.2. Cancellation of Free Tickets: Free tickets obtained through this offer cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
Changes & Modifications
6.1. Agile Austin reserves the right to modify or withdraw this bulk ticket sales offer at any time without prior notice.
Miscellaneous
7.1. Acceptance: By purchasing tickets in bulk and availing of this offer, attendees acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
