With over 15 years of experience in program creation and management, project management, process improvement, and IT service management, Jennifer is a leader, facilitator, project, and program manager who helps teams build, design, and implement programs that deliver value and results. Jennifer has developed, implemented, and managed programs and technical programs, such as an electronic file transfer service, an electronic content management suite of products, and SharePoint Online at Enterprise levels at the OAG, HHSC, and SHI, and training programs such as SAP Training programs, and the Continuous Training
Academy Training Program.
Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the University of Massachusetts. She has certifications from PMI-PMP, Instructional Design, Six Sigma Black Belt, IASSC Lean Leader, Product Management, ITIL Service Delivery, and Facilitating Virtual Training Certification.
