Human System Dynamics). By working closely with clients, I customize

place where value is created or where customers use products and
services. With over 20 years of engineering and product development
experience, I believe it is essential for product development teams to
balance business, usage, and technology concerns to deliver compelling
solutions to customer problems. I take great pleasure in partnering with
