OBJECTIVE
Kickoff of Project Xenia. Discuss high-level ideas to introduce a community hack-a-thon to help Local Non-profit Organizations accomplish their software needs by utilizing the Local Agile Community and Local Academic Talent in need of real-world experience

SCHEDULE
6:30 to 6:45: Jason Bilyeu – Welcome; Overview of Project Xenia objectives and brainstorming tracks:
1. Non-profit project solicitation ideas (need 3-4 small to medium sized projects)
a. Team up with local groups doing similar work (leaptosuccessatx.orggreenlights.org)
b. Cold Calling Strategy (nonprofitlist.org)
c. Social Media (linkedin.comfacebook.comtwitter.com, etc)
d. Word of mouth
2. Academic communications and recruiting
a. Team up with local colleges and universities directly
b. Other personal or alumni connections
3. Architecture/development resource recruiting
a. CMS skills in a few open source tools (wordpress, joomla, drupal, etc)
b. Web app framework skills in a few open source frameworks (Angular.js, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, Extjs, etc)
4. General event support
a. Venue selection
b. Event promotion
c. Catering of lunch/snacks
d. Event set up and tear down
6:45 to 7:15: Breakout sessions for brainstorming of ideas – Individual Groups
7:15 to 7:45: Discussion of ideas and solicitation of action items – Everyone
7:45-8:00: Wrap up – Lee Fox and Jason Bilyeu
