So, when people think of architecture, they typically think of “big design and documentation”. That doesn’t always work to well in an Agile environment. Sometimes, you have to break up architectural requirements into smaller chunks that are easier for a team to digest. However, whether you break up your architectural requirements or leave them whole, architects are still faced with challenges of trying to put together roadmaps for how the technical vision of an organization can be realized.
Please join us as we discuss various approaches to planning architecture in an Agile environment. Feel free to bring your success stories, anectotes, and even issues you are experiencing to discuss with the group.
Agile Austin will provide food and drink.
