The traditional test plan within agile environments is seldom used. It has been replaced with various tools and concepts. One of the newer concepts to come along has been dubbed “The Ten Minute Test Plan”. It advocates for boiling down test plans to the essential attributes, components, and capabilities of the software under test, and is described in the following two links:
