About the Instructors?

Bill Gaiennie has more than 17 years of working in the software development field as a developer, project manager, Scrum Master, and a training coach. Bill has coached and managed teams on both the national and international levels, having worked with an extensive range of client types and sizes including the technology divisions of SUPERVALU, Apple, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, American Airlines, Boeing, GlaxoSmithKline, Foot Locker, Limited Brands, FedEx, Macy’s, and Polo.  He is currently a PMP accredited member of the project management institute and is active in the Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance communities.

David Hawks is a software development optimizer at Agile Velocity and thoroughly enjoys maximizing team potential. David has over 15 years in senior technical management positions and he has a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. He’s a CSM, CSP, PSM, PMI-ACP and currently serves on the board of Agile Austin.
