This month’s Topic:   Large Scale Enterprise Agility

Scott’s been thinking recently about how to organize large enterprises to support agile development teams. There are a number of dimensions to the problem, but three seem particularly interesting:

1)      Selection and management of strategic initiatives

2)     Organizational structures to support initiative development

3)     Initiative funding

Some thoughts will be offered for discussion.  With participation, a deeper understanding of factors that contribute to or constrain enterprise agility should be achieved.
