About this Month’s Program:

Better Metrics for Development Organizations

One challenge many Agile organizations face  is measuring the success of development teams. Everyone knows that measuring actuals is bad, but we still do it.  What are some alternatives?  We’ll talk about a proposal  being set forth at HomeAway and work as a group to refine and add to the list of metrics that would be truly useful to measure productivity and success as a development organization.

Topic Facilitator Bio:

Jack Yang – is a Senior Director of Engineering at HomeAway. HomeAway, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, is the world’s leading online marketplace of vacation rentals.
